All eggs in!

Happy New Year to you!
Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding Proverbs 3:5
The new year is a time when most people reflect on their past and try to plan the future. Reflecting on the past can bring about so many mixed emotions. As I look back, I see joy, love, guilt, hurt, anger, pain, fatigue, excitement, hope, and frustration. When something great happens, we hope we can re-live it, but when something not so good happens people react in diverse ways. Some people throw it away and decide to never look back. Others analyze and plan so that it never happens again. Some put it in a jar, and keep it within sight to remind them not to repeat that mistake. How do you react in a situation that is not so pleasant? Do you let go or do you frame it? What lessons have you learned from your experiences so far?

And a great multitude followed him, because they saw his miracles which he did on them that were diseased. John 6:2

4. I must work the works of him that sent me, while it is day: the night cometh, when no man can work.

5. As long as I am in the world, I am the light of the world.

6. When he had thus spoken, he spat on the ground, and made clay of the spittle, and he anointed the eyes of the blind man with the clay,

7. And said unto him, Go, wash in the pool of Siloam, (which is by interpretation, Sent.) He went his way therefore, and washed, and came seeing.

8. The neighbours therefore, and they which before had seen him that he was blind, said, Is not this he that sat and begged?

9. Some said, This is he: others said, He is like him: but he said, I am he.(KJV)

The trial of faith

OPEN HEAVENS

MEMORISE:
Beloved, think it not strange concerning the fiery trial which is to try you, as though some strange thing happened unto you. 1 Peter 4:12

READ: 1 Peter 1:1 - 7
1. Peter, an apostle of Jesus Christ, to the strangers scattered throughout Pontus, Galatia, Cappadocia, Asia, and Bithynia,

2. Elect according to the foreknowledge of God the Father, through sanctification of the Spirit, unto obedience and sprinkling of the blood of Jesus Christ: Grace unto you, and peace, be multiplied.

3. Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, which according to his abundant mercy hath begotten us again unto a lively hope by the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead,

4. To an inheritance incorruptible, and undefiled, and that fadeth not away, reserved in heaven for you,

5. Who are kept by the power of God through faith unto salvation ready to be revealed in the last time.

6. Wherein ye greatly rejoice, though now for a season, if need be, ye are in heaviness through manifold temptations:

7. That the trial of your faith, being much more precious than of gold that perisheth, though it be tried with fire, might be found unto praise and honour and glory at the appearing of Jesus Christ:
